April 12: Interactive Animal and Enrichment Experiences

Meet-and-greet with some of our ambassador animals, help us create enrichment for the animals at our Zoo and engage in educational opportunities in our Scott Aquarium Conference Center.
Activities take place only on April 12, 2026. Member must present active membership and valid photo I.D. at time of check in.
May: Free Roundtrip Ride Tickets

Each membership holder will be given a limited number of tickets based on their membership level.
- Household, Military, Grandparent, and Patrons: Six tickets (two adult tickets and four child tickets)
- Dual: Two tickets (two adult tickets)
- Individual: One ticket (one adult ticket)
Tickets can be picked up onsite beginning May 1 through May 31, 2026.
To pick up your tickets, scan the barcode on your membership card at a kiosk outside of the main entrance. Tickets may be redeemed for one roundtrip ride on either the train, tram, Skyfari or Sue’s Carousel.
Ticket valid through October 26, 2026. Membership must be active to redeem tickets. All rides are seasonal and weather dependent.

The Lied Jungle, Berniece Grewcock Butterfly and Insect Pavilion, select rides, concessions areas and gift areas will be closed until the Zoo opens at 9 a.m. Some animals may not be visible as our animal care and horticulture teams work to prepare exhibits and habitats.
