At this time, Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium provides Apple Wallet for iPhone users and PassWallet for Android users as options for wallet applications.
We are aware of the many options available to Android users, such as Google Wallet and Wallet Passes. Your digital membership card can be stored using these other applications. Just be aware, the look of your digital membership card may slightly vary by application.
No. Digital cards are included with your membership at no additional cost.
Yes. You can continue using your physical card, but we recommend adding the digital version as a convenient backup. In gaining easy access to your membership, you are also making a positive impact on the environment!
Yes. It functions just like your physical card and can be scanned at any entrance.
Yes. Once it’s saved to your wallet app, you don’t need Internet access to use it at the gate.

Not quite yet! If you plan to renew your membership, your card will update automatically in the wallet app.
In the event you import your membership to your wallet app an additional time, and your expired membership still appears, you are welcome to delete the old card.
